Ms. Anu Varghese is a psychologist and educator with over six years of teaching experience in psychology. She holds an M.Sc. in Counselling Psychology, an M.Phil. in Psychology, and has qualified the UGC-NET examination. She is committed to creating engaging, learner-centred classrooms that encourage critical thinking, reflection, and the practical application of psychological concepts. Her academic interests include mental health promotion, counselling interventions, and psychology education. She strives to make complex psychological theories accessible and relevant through interactive teaching and evidence-based learning approaches.
