Mr. Ashesh has done his MBA (IIT Kharagpur) + B.E (BITS- Ranchi) and has been working in corporates like, ITC, Airtel, Reliance, Landmark Group and Future Group in Retail for over the last two decades. He then pivoted to M.Sc. Counselling Psychology and has been on a healing journey for himself through & with others. He works at the intersection of Schema Therapy and Trauma Informed Counselling majorly with young adults struggling with Complex Trauma. He is on a journey of self discovery in which the Montfort Institute and all its members have played a very critical role for which he remains forever grateful.
